1) Investimore Terms of Service

Terms of Service (Investimore)

Last updated: 5 March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Investimore’s websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Investimore AB (org.nr 559492-4119) ("Investimore", "we", "us", "our").

Registered address: Skeppargatan 7, 114 52 Stockholm, Sweden

Contact: hello@investimore.com

2. Eligibility and account basics

2.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

2.2 Account registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • keep your information up to date; and
  • keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

2.3 One person, one account

Unless we approve otherwise, you may maintain one personal account. We may allow additional accounts (e.g., for an organisation) as described below.

2.4 Where use is prohibited

You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law. We may restrict or refuse access in certain locations or to certain users where required for legal, compliance, or risk reasons.

3. Account types and organisation accounts

3.1 Personal accounts

A personal account is an account created and used by an individual.

3.2 Organisation accounts (company/fund upgrade)

The Service may allow you to “upgrade” or transition a personal account into an organisation account (e.g., a company or fund profile) (an "Organisation Account").

If you create or administer an Organisation Account, you represent that:

  • you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms; and
  • the information you provide about the organisation (including beneficial ownership information where requested) is accurate.

An Organisation Account may have additional settings, visibility, and responsibilities.

4. What the Service is (and is not)

4.1 Social networking and messaging

Investimore provides digital tools intended to help connect entrepreneurs, ideas, and investors. Features may include profiles, content feeds (posts/comments), messaging, search and matching, pitch deck uploads, and analytics/insights.

4.2 Service changes and availability

The Service may change as we iterate before and after launch. Some functionality may be beta, invite-only, limited, or changed/removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4.3 Not a broker, not a transaction platform (today)

Investimore is currently a social and networking platform. We do not execute securities transactions, handle custody, or facilitate in-app investing transactions at this time.

If we later introduce transaction features, they will be governed by separate terms and may be provided by regulated third parties.

4.4 No investment advice

Investimore does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any content on the Service (including profiles, posts, project pages, messages, rankings, or “matches”) is provided for informational purposes only and is not a personal recommendation.

You are solely responsible for your due diligence and decisions to invest, fundraise, partner, hire, or transact.

4.5 No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee introductions, responses, matches, fundraising outcomes, investor interest, or any business result.

5. Verification requirements (Veriff) and access gating

5.1 Verified vs unverified access

You can typically create an account and view content with an unverified account.

To access interactive features (for example, posting, commenting, liking, messaging, uploading files/pitch decks, or similar actions), you must complete identity verification ("Verification") through our verification provider(s) (currently Veriff) and maintain a good standing status (a "Verified Account").

We may change which actions require Verification.

5.2 Verification provider and your responsibilities

Verification is provided via third-party services. You agree to:

  • provide accurate documents and information requested during Verification; and
  • keep such information up to date.

Verification status is a compliance/trust outcome only. It is not an endorsement, guarantee, recommendation, or assurance of legitimacy.

5.3 Restrictions and review

We may delay, restrict, or refuse access to features where:

  • Verification fails or cannot be completed;
  • we detect suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations; or
  • we must do so to comply with law or to protect users and the Service.

Where required by law, or where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and an appeal path (see Section 10 and the Community Guidelines & Content Moderation Policy).

6. Subscriptions and paid features

We may offer paid subscriptions or premium features ("Paid Features"). Paid Features may be sold:

  • directly by us (e.g., via a web checkout/payment processor), and/or
  • via platform providers (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play).

6.1 Pricing, renewal, and billing

If your subscription is recurring, it will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing, renewal periods, and included features will be shown at purchase.

6.2 Platform/provider terms

If you purchase via Apple or Google, your purchase is also governed by their terms, and billing/cancellation may need to be handled through your app store account settings.

If you purchase directly from us, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. Their terms may apply in addition to ours.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

  • via in-app store settings (for App Store/Google Play purchases), or
  • via the Service (for direct purchases, if we provide cancellation controls).

Cancellation stops renewal. You typically keep access until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase.

6.4 Consumer withdrawal rights (EEA/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK and you purchase Paid Features directly from us online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under mandatory consumer law.

Because Paid Features are digital services that usually start immediately, you may be asked at checkout to request immediate performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw (or that you may owe a proportionate amount for the portion provided), as permitted by applicable law.

If you purchase via Apple/Google, withdrawal/refund handling is generally governed by that platform’s rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6.5 Changes to Paid Features

We may change or discontinue Paid Features. If changes materially disadvantage you, we will provide notice and, where required, offer options such as cancellation effective at the end of your billing period.

7. Your content, pitch decks, and user-to-user sharing

7.1 Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit, upload, transmit, or share through the Service ("User Content"), including posts, comments, messages, files (such as pitch decks), profile info, and project info.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

7.2 Confidentiality is not guaranteed between users

The Service may allow users to share non-public materials (e.g., pitch decks, business plans, financial information) ("Shared Materials"). These Terms do not create an NDA between users.

If you need NDA protection, you must execute it directly with the other party before sharing sensitive information.

7.3 Limited-purpose use of Shared Materials

You may use another user’s Shared Materials only to evaluate or pursue a potential relationship with that user (such as investment, partnership, hiring, or a transaction). You must not copy, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Shared Materials without the owner’s permission.

7.4 Safety and trust processing

To operate and protect the Service, we may process User Content and Shared Materials for trust & safety purposes (for example, spam/fraud detection, abuse prevention, and responding to reports), as described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Licences and intellectual property

8.1 Our IP

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Investimore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

8.2 Licence you grant to us (User Content)

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Investimore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our service providers), and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute, and otherwise process your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, and to make your content available to other users as you direct through your settings and use of the Service.

This licence ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except where content has been shared with others and they have retained it (e.g., a message recipient), or where we must retain content for legal, security, or dispute reasons.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

  • engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive conduct;
  • post illegal content or content that violates others’ rights (including IP);
  • harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others;
  • promote money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale;
  • reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or probe vulnerabilities;
  • use automated means to create accounts or interact with the Service without our permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service.

We may take action for violations as described in Section 10.

10. Content moderation, reporting, and enforcement

Our rules for what is allowed are described in the Community Guidelines & Content Moderation Policy (the "Guidelines"), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.1 Reporting content and users

You can report content and users through in-app reporting tools and/or by contacting hello@investimore.com.

Reports may include spam, harassment, impersonation, scams/fraud, illegal content, or other harmful content.

10.2 How we moderate

We use a combination of user reports, automated detection/signals, and human review to enforce these Terms and the Guidelines.

10.3 Actions we may take

If we believe content or behaviour violates these Terms or the Guidelines (or creates safety/legal risk), we may:

  • remove or restrict visibility of content;
  • temporarily limit account features (including messaging/posting);
  • suspend or terminate an account;
  • lock or restrict a project/profile; and/or
  • take other protective actions.

10.4 Notice and statement of reasons

Where appropriate and required by law, we will provide a notice explaining what action we took, why we took it (rule/legal basis), the impact of the action, and how to appeal.

10.5 Appeals

We provide an in-app appeal mechanism (and may also accept appeals by email) for moderation decisions as described in the Guidelines.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, verification, push notifications, payments). Outages or changes in those services may affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party services not under our control.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 Mandatory carve-outs

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so is not permitted by law, including (where applicable) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct (and, where applicable, gross negligence).

13.2 Consumers

If you are a consumer, we are liable to you only for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms, subject to mandatory law.

13.3 Business users

If you use the Service on behalf of a business (including via an Organisation Account), then to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/opportunity; and
  • our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to Investimore for Paid Features in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have paid nothing, our total liability is limited to EUR 100 (or the equivalent in SEK) for business users, except for the mandatory carve-outs above.

14. Indemnity (primarily for business use)

If you use the Service as a business user, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Investimore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the Guidelines.

If you are a consumer, this indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion through in-app settings (where available) or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, legal risk, security concerns, or misuse, and will provide notice and an appeal path where required/appropriate.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice (for example, in-app and/or by email) before the change takes effect, except where urgent changes are needed for legal, security, or safety reasons.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

17.1 Consumers

If you are a consumer domiciled in the EEA/UK, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your local consumer law and may be able to bring claims in your local courts as required by law.

17.2 Business users

If you are a business user, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or asset sale.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Guidelines, and the referenced notices form the entire agreement regarding the Service.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay due to events outside our reasonable control.
  • Notices: We may provide notices via in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means. Legal notices to us should be sent to hello@investimore.com.

19. Contact and legal points of contact

  • User support / legal: hello@investimore.com
  • DSA contact (users and authorities): hello@investimore.com (write “DSA” in the subject)
  • Languages accepted: English or Swedish

2) Investimore Community Guidelines & Content Moderation Policy

Community Guidelines & Content Moderation Policy (Investimore)

Last updated: 5 March 2026

These Guidelines explain what is allowed on Investimore and how we enforce our rules. They form part of the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Investimore is a platform for founders, investors, and builders to connect. We want a service that is safe, trustworthy, and useful. These Guidelines help set expectations and support compliance with applicable law for user content hosting.

2. What content and behaviour are not allowed

You must not post, share, or engage in:

2.1 Illegal content

Content that is illegal under applicable law (including content that facilitates illegal activity).

2.2 Fraud, scams, and deceptive fundraising

  • Impersonation of a person, fund, company, or public figure
  • Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, track record, ownership, or affiliations
  • Scam attempts, phishing, or requests designed to steal money, credentials, or sensitive data
  • Deliberately misleading fundraising/investment claims, fabricated documents, or fake traction

2.3 Harassment and abuse

  • Threats, stalking, bullying, or unwanted sexual content
  • Hate or discriminatory harassment based on protected characteristics
  • Coordinated harassment or brigading

2.4 Privacy violations

  • Doxxing (sharing private personal data) or sharing confidential documents without authorisation
  • Sharing someone’s identity documents, financial account details, or other sensitive data without lawful basis

2.5 Exploitation and severe harm

  • Child sexual exploitation material (CSEM) (zero tolerance)
  • Content encouraging violence, terrorism, or serious harm
  • Instructions for committing violent wrongdoing

2.6 Intellectual property infringement

Copyright/trademark infringement or unauthorised distribution of protected materials.

2.7 Platform abuse

  • Scraping/harvesting data at scale
  • Automation/spam posting or mass messaging
  • Attempts to bypass verification, security, or access controls
  • Reverse engineering or vulnerability exploitation

3. Verification and trust signals

Investimore may require identity verification for posting, commenting, liking, messaging, and other interactive actions. Verification status indicates identity verification completion, not legitimacy, suitability, or endorsement.

4. Reporting content and “notice-and-action”

4.1 How to report

You can report content/users:

  • In-app using reporting tools, or
  • by email: hello@investimore.com (use a clear subject like “Report: Scam” or “Report: Illegal Content”)

4.2 What to include in a report

To help us act quickly, include:

  • what you’re reporting (post/profile/message/project)
  • where it appears (link/screenshot/context)
  • why it violates law or these Guidelines
  • any supporting information (e.g., impersonation proof)

We may ask for additional details to process the report.

4.3 Abuse of reporting

False reports waste resources and can harm others. If we detect repeated abusive reporting, we may restrict reporting privileges and/or take enforcement action.

5. How we moderate

5.1 Tools we use

We use a mix of: user reports, automated signals (e.g., spam/fraud patterns, high-volume reporting indicators), and human review by our team (and/or trusted service providers).

5.2 Automated enforcement (high-level transparency)

Some restrictions may happen automatically (for example, when content receives repeated independent reports in a short time window, or when a safety signal triggers a lock). Automated actions are designed to reduce harm quickly and may be reviewed by humans, especially if appealed.

6. Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and context, we may:

  • remove content
  • restrict visibility (downrank/limit distribution)
  • lock content, projects, or profiles
  • restrict features (e.g., messaging/posting limits)
  • suspend or terminate accounts
  • preserve evidence where needed for legal/safety reasons

7. Statement of reasons and user notice

When we restrict content or accounts, we will provide (where appropriate and required by law) a notice explaining:

  • the action taken
  • the rule/legal basis
  • the main facts/circumstances relied on
  • how to appeal

Notices are typically delivered in-app and/or by email.

8. Appeals (internal complaint-handling)

You can appeal a moderation decision through the in-app appeal flow (or by emailing hello@investimore.com if in-app is unavailable).

Please include the decision you’re appealing, why you think it was incorrect, and any supporting evidence. We may uphold, reverse, or modify our decision.

9. Illegal content and law enforcement

Where required or appropriate, we may remove or restrict illegal content, preserve certain records for legal requests, and report matters to competent authorities, especially in cases involving serious harm or exploitation.

10. Contact points

  • User reports / appeals / support: hello@investimore.com
  • Authorities: hello@investimore.com (subject: “DSA”)

  • messages are visible to the participants of that conversation

You control what you choose to publish/share. Do not share sensitive information unless necessary.

5. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • enable identity verification for gated actions
  • prevent fraud, spam, and misuse
  • enforce the Terms and Guidelines

Legal basis: contract (6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (6(1)(c)).

6. Service providers (processors) and recipients

We use service providers to operate the Service. Depending on configuration and platform, these may include: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Veriff (identity verification), AWS S3/CloudFront (media storage/delivery), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Sentry (error monitoring/diagnostics), Umami (analytics), and payment processors/app stores (subscription billing, receipts, status).

We share personal data with these providers only as needed for the purposes above and subject to contractual safeguards.

We may also disclose data if required by law or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute handling, and legal/compliance requirements.

Operational examples (may change as the product evolves):

  • account deletion confirmation tokens may be retained briefly (e.g., up to ~1 hour)
  • after account deletion, an alias/username may be reserved for a limited period (e.g., up to ~6 months) to reduce impersonation risk
  • files stored in object storage may be scheduled for deletion after account deletion workflows complete

If we must retain data longer (e.g., for legal claims, accounting, or security), we will do so and restrict access.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

We may use automated systems to help detect spam/scams and enforce rate limits or locks, prioritise reports and safety reviews, and gate certain actions based on verification status.

Identity verification is performed via our verification provider. If an automated decision significantly affects you (e.g., account restriction), you may request review and appeal through the Service.

10. Your rights (EEA/UK)

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data (export) and, where applicable, data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise rights, contact hello@investimore.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We aim to respond within the time limits required by GDPR (typically one month, extendable in certain cases).

11. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

4) Investimore Cookie & SDK Notice

Cookie & SDK Notice (Investimore)

Last updated: 5 March 2026

This notice explains how Investimore uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies ("Technologies") on our website and in our apps.

1. What these Technologies are

“Cookies” are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage/sessionStorage keys, SDK identifiers, and device tokens (e.g., push notification tokens).

2. Why we use them

We use Technologies for:

  • authentication and session continuity
  • security and fraud prevention
  • preferences and configuration
  • diagnostics and performance monitoring
  • analytics to understand usage and improve the Service

We do not use Technologies for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling.

3. Categories

3.1 Strictly necessary

Used to provide core functionality (login/session, security, basic configuration). These may be used without consent where permitted by law.

Examples include:

  • authentication/session storage used by our auth provider
  • configuration/preferences stored locally (e.g., localStorage key 'investimore-config')
  • temporary keys used for app flows (for example keys for pending deep links or pending push token registration)

3.2 Performance / diagnostics

Used to detect errors, prevent crashes, and improve reliability (e.g., diagnostics tooling). Depending on jurisdiction and configuration, these may require consent.

3.3 Analytics

Used to measure and understand usage (e.g., analytics scripts/SDKs). In the EU/EEA/UK, analytics Technologies often require consent unless implemented in a strictly cookieless / non-identifying way as permitted by law.

4. Tools we may use

Depending on platform and configuration, we may use: Umami (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring/diagnostics), Supabase (authentication/session storage), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications; uses device tokens).

5. Consent and controls

5.1 Website

Where required by law, we will request consent before placing or reading non-essential Technologies (e.g., analytics) on the website. You can update your preferences via the cookie controls we provide.

5.2 Apps

Where required, we will provide in-app controls for analytics/diagnostics preferences. Some strictly necessary Technologies cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

6. How to manage cookies

You can also manage cookies via browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary Technologies may prevent login or core functionality.

7. Changes

We may update this notice as our Technologies change.
